Hi guys, why might a fault on a final circuit in an apartment trip the dp c63 submain circuit breaker in the plantroom but not any mcbs on the consumer unit in the apartment?

I have a 7.5kw 3 phase motor 400/690v 50hz. Can anyone advise what size and type mcb is needed for this please? It’s currently being fed via a c16 which is tripping now and then.
