Underfloor Heating
Hi guys, A tennant has a problem with their underfloor heating not heating up at all. Its a Aube TH132F Thermostat. When i put it on override and set the temperature high to 40 oC it keep going back to 18oC. Does this need replacing, or is it a deeper problem with the sensor. I have 230v...- sl1210

Shading on Sanyo HIT240 panels
Turned up on this instal to put in inverters and found this abortion. As you can see i have a little bit of a shading problem (11am) to say the least LOL I have a 150 of these and they are all the same. 10 rows of 15. Earth loop tests on circuits with UPS backup
What is the proper procedure for ELI testing circuits with UPS back up, ie radial circuits under computor room floors? Do you test with the mains bypass connected? with the UPS/ mains in normal operation? or in UPS status only?, ie mains failure. Thanks.- silver surfer

Shading & bypass diodes
Chaps, We're just installing a 6 panel array in which one of the panels gets shaded around 2pm. There's no room to move it out of the shade and we can't put in fewer panels without moving to micro-inverters (which we're not yet experienced with). Just thinking through how much of an effect...- DomB
