    Ok, if I have the 2391 do I have to join a body (NIC, ECA) to supply a certificate to domestic owner after I carry out works? Or can I fill in certificates from the regs and just hand them over? Do building control have to be notified by law??

    Characteristics of Primary Supply? Can this section ever be fully complete and will NIC Inspectors mark you down if no details in there? My experience is that you can never get to the fuses due to the seals etc.
