    How to work out average earth electrode value

    Hi guys, im doing revision for 2394 and got a question on getting the average ohms value for an earth electrode test. the readings obtained were 179,181 and 185ohms and they asked for the average. i have checked GN3 but it ain't clear. can anyone give me a method of how to work this out. cheers.

    First board change.

    Hi folks, did my first distribution board changeover. It was new for old, with the BS-88 filled board replaced with MCBs and RCBOs. The existing board was replaced with terminals on a din rail, which fed the new board mounted alongside. Let me know what you think guys. Cheers. J

    Report scheduling software?

    3phase breaker made of 3 single phase breakers

    Hi guys, Is there a difference between 3 single phase breakers next to each other (with a linking bar) and 1 3 phase breaker? Does the 3 phase breaker have anything special in it or is it just 3 single phase breakers stuck together with a bar in the switches? Cheers, Tim
