Has any one used "complete picture" software for their qms? i am struggling to understand how to compile a qms and am reluctant to shell out on another course. i seems to offer a straight forward way to create a quality management system, but i would be keen to know what others think.

it`s a shame the insurance companies don`t request a current valid full pir as per wiring regulations to comply with the t&c`s on their policy's for domestics as the amount of work this could generate and also the safety aspects of some of the installations out there could only be a good thing...
