Complaint about time taken to be registerd with Ofgem central FITS register

I have had to wait over 3 months for EDF to register my PV system and so it will apparently be 6 months after installation before I can submit a reading and up to 9 months before I get my first payment. There were no problems or errors with my application form though they claim they have been...
