Is a Chint MCB identical to a control gear direct MCB (or lewden)?

I was carrying out an EICR today. The consumer unit was a Control gear direct board. It had one chint MCB in it which had been put in recently. It looked absolutely identical to all the cgd MCB's. Is Chint in any way affiliated with CGD/Lewden or is this just a coincidence?
