    Spur supplied from cooker circuit

    Regs wise , does a oven have to be a dedicated circuit? Job tonight had a spur feeding garage ( 2 lights and socket ) which was fed in 6mm from cooker circuit. Obviously isn’t good practice but would it be a C3 due to not been dangerous? Landlord is cheapskate and won’t pay for new feed for garage.
