    when the voltage drops the current increases and 110 volt transformers

    My apprentice asked me about this when a voltage drops the current increases so why can you use 110v on building sites so i though id share the answer for any one else who wants to know , the reason is the transformer , we know that a safe voltage is less than 50 volts so what the transformer...

    1.5mm circuit 1mm switched drops

    Went to a job today ( domestic ) checking through the installation ( which has recently been rewired ) I noticed that the lighting was 1.5mm but the switch drops were 1mm anyone seen this before?
