Hi, I've been getting some enquiries from abroad and fancy installing them myself. There are many things that worry me a bit like tools, transport, materials to site etc. Then theres the local electrivcal regs and planning / building control.
Any advice would be appreciated.

It states that you are allowed a permissible volt drop of 3% for lighting circuits and 5% for power circuits in domestic use. Now is the limits for the entire electrical installation? I was under the impression that it was per circuit. For example 3% of every lighting circuit and 5% for every...

Any help please on domestic voltage stabilisers or suggested leads please.
Looking to install a system to stabilise an unstable supply 220v that is causing problems with an appliance.
I have little knowledge in this area only what I have read on here before.
This is for 220V in Spain not 230V.
Hi all,
I was wondering if someone could tell me if there is any way of testing 110v installations with a normal megger loop/insulation tester? Or if you have to use a tester designed only for 110v Installs.
Thanks in advance
