    Laser levels

I'm after a laser level that does horizontal and vert but more importantly also puts a laser line on ceilings which helps when fitting lights. The only one i've seen do this is a dewalt one at about £150 , Has anyone got any different makes/models that are a little cheaper and can recommend?

    Lighting levels for creche

Does anyone know if there is guidance or regulations for a minimum lux level for child care centres such as creches? I have looked online but nothing specifically mentions creches. The nearest i can get is Classrooms which should be 300 lux. Help would be very much appeciated.
