In 2009 I replaced a consumer unit at a property which 17 months later had a fire caused by the fuse cut-out.
Does anyone have any advice, as I have a meeting next week with the 'claimants legals'
Regards
Nick

Just wondering which companies others are using, if any, for lead generation?
We are using SolarGuide which isn't too bad. Still get a fair amount of poor leads but we do get some work from it.
Anyone used any of these?

Is anyone else finding that LED downlighters are failing earlier than the spec? I've been buying Aurora FRL903s because they look good and the spec gives them 75000 hours but over a period of just a few months several of them have failed and the failure frequency seems to be increasing. First...
Just carried out a ze on a tt istallation and got a reading of 156 m ohms, carried the same test out a few months before and got 132 m ohms, the zs results were slightly higher as well! Could this be due to the changing conditions of the weather as to we're the earth rod is placed.
Thanks chris
