I have narrowed it down to the metrel mi3000 easiplus, megger 1710 or second hand 1552.
I would like to save money by purchasing the metrel...

I've finally decided to register with elecsa and start on my own. I have individual robin testers that need calibrating. I cant decide whether to get them re-calibrated or buy a new megger 1552.

I was thinking about buying a used Megger 1552, but now I am thinking about the new MTF 1710 tester. It is a bit more expensive but since it is new it will have warranty and such.

my question is when testing ze on a 3phase board test between all lines and disconnected earthing conductor which leads are used and where to connect not sure if i need to connect neutral for power for meter

Hi guys im going to invest in a Multifunction Tester. Dose anyone use a Metrel MI3000 Easi Plus Multifunction Tester? Ive also thought about the fluke 1651 also but the metrel seems like a better bit of kit for the money!
