    No RCD protection...

    If I was to install a new shower for someone using an rcbo as theres no rcd protection would this be ok? What i mean is am I ok as long as the circuit I have installed is protected? Or would it be up to me to make sure there was protection for the other circuits?

    Exchange of bathroom extractor fan with no RCD

    I am right in assuming I change on a like for like basis an extractor fan on a lighting circuit with no rcd protection in a bathroom? No additional wiring will be necessary. And if I am right would it be a minor or installation certificate? thanks harry
