Does anyone use the Bluetooth setup on the Megger 1553?
We had use of one for a week and found it very clumsy and a nightmare for Periodic Inspections where you might not wish follow the usual testing sequence.
Just wondered if the latest versions were any better?

Hi
I am currently working through NVQ 3 and have been told that I need to complete a 30 question paper at the end. Does any one know where I can get a sample of the paper or any questions that are likely to come up.

question:
list three relevant sources of infomation that maybe used when re-commissioning and installation after repair work has been completed.
anyone ?
here is my solution... and a definitive one too :)
cable is 80m @ 1.87 mΩ....
Resistance of line conductor= (80 x 1.87) / 1000 =0.15 Ω
Load is 45A. Expressed as a resistance 230/45 = 5.1 Ω
Resistance of Neutral conductor= (80 x 1.87) / 1000 =0.15 Ω
Total circuit resistance of 5.4 Ω...
When carrying out a CU swap and you get to the check list of inspections and 9 or 10 times out of 10 there is no paperwork for the installation. Do you Tick, Lim, Cross ?
Thanks

Please PM me if you have.
Many thanks
Steve
