I work on the Highways and have been carrying out PIRs on the street furniture and technology. Just changing from PIRs to the new Electrical Installation Condition Report and have noticed section G Declaration now requires Report Authorised For Issue by: Would this be My Manager who has...
Hi
So I've been asked to do a periodic on a 5 bed house which is no problem but it has a pool which I haven't ever done before, now the guy that owns the house is going to be renting it out and he says that the tenants will NOT be allowed to use the pool at all.
Can I agree a limitation with...
I have 2382-10,2391-10 and degree in electrical. At present work in a factory. Can I do periodic inspection with this qualification without part P? If yes what are other requirements and procedure. If I pass 2396(coming) can I design without part P to install by part P electricians. Does...
Hello fellas,
When doing periodic inspections, what do you think is the best method of estimating the size of conductors? That is meter tails, and earthing conductors.
Some of the older conductors are a lot thicker than the newer ones, and it is difficult to estimate what the real size is.
Trying to find a editable copy of the Leisure Accommandation Vehicle Periodic Inspection Report if anyone can help.
Customer does not want the 10 page EICR for the caravans. :smiley2:
I am a fool to think that this is ridiculous?
I got an offer form a company (better not say which one) dealing with social housing to do periodic inspections for them. They would pay £30 for each house and expect four (!) to be done in a normal working day.
Correct me if I am wrong but I...

Anybody knows about this?
thanks!
