    PIR done. high R1 on RFC. does this need a code?

    PIR done on domestic. 32a ring final circuit with RCD protection. R1 slightly high, most likely due to poor connection (0.92ohms) R2 ( 0.54). Does this need coding? Zs is .53 so no non compliance there, but ob there is a clear fault on the R1.
