Energy prices set to rise 25%

it`s blamed on the unrest in Africa and the middle east and the Japanese disaster. there just seems to be any excuse to bang prices up, oil and now energy, thats not including greedy insurance companies.. it makes me furious, if i put my prices up by 25% i would get laughed at...

Putting prices on your website....

I'm having a debate with myself about this...it can either be a good thing or a bad thing....Who does this? and do you think its worthwhile? I wouldn't dream of doing it for installation jobs like rewires etc as no 2 jobs are the same. But for the likes of a board change and PIR's I'm thinking...

Prices to letting agencies

Hi guys, iv been set up for 3 months now and work is picking up. I have been approached by a letting agency and wondering how much discount you give them if any? I have a rate for industrial, commercial, domestic and builders, not letting agencies. Any feedback would be gratly appreciated, thanks

Hi Guys, I need some new 63A 3 Phase connectors. 10 x 63A 4 Pin (Socket) 10 x 63A 4 Pin (Plug) 10 x 63A 5 Pin (Socket) 10 x 63A 5 Pin (Plug) They have shot up in price recently and I'm looking for a new supplier. Can anyone help / recommend anyone?

Building control costs

Screwfix Stock Levels

I think Srewfix have really gone down hill, stock levels are really poor and it is really annoying when they ask if you have found everything I am looking for onlyy to tell me it is out of stock.

moving a head how prices have changed

I did a job for my father in law who's a builder a little while ago, now the last time i was on a job that required a head moving, which if i remember rightly was about 10m away from its original position it cost 500 pounds this time the electrical board charged 1000pounds and it was moved about...

my electric bill says 14 pence per unit , i think 1 unit = 1kwh .to myself that means for every 4 amps per hour equals 14 pence am i right or on plannet mars... cheers for your knowledge,
