    Turtle Beach soldering - I've burnt the circuit board, will the product still work?

    Basically, circuit board was gold before in area I wanted to solder, now it's black, if i place wire there and solder correctly will it work? Look at pics, thanks. Area is highlighted, before colour is on left, after on right. Can't type for long/in depth - gotta sleep but help please?

    Pulse Width Modulation, does it effect cost of running an electrical product.
