I will refer a weird voltage readings on my mate's workplace.. A newly installed transformer delta-wye, 440/380V will supply a TT power system. He measured 380V per phase on the secondary and 220V L-N.. But when he measured L3 to earth he measured 0V. L1 and L2 to earth is 380V and Neutral to...
RFC step 1 tests :- l-l .31Ohms, n-n .31 Ohms, cpc-cpc 0 Ohms, repeated this numerous times and got same results. Remove crocodile clips from probes and touch cables directly and get sensible results. Repeated this exercise a few times as it didn't make sense to me but kept getting the same...

Hi all had a weird one today, actually make it two, tested ringfinal continuity at the board lives were 0.00 and so were neutrals, earths were the same too, not sure why, is it a ring that has been interconnected causing a duff reading??
