Is there a reference method for just clipping T&E to a wall - Not enclosed in conduit / trunking but just clipped. Or is this a frowned upon method and shouldn't be done.

Hi, Fitting a 17th Ed Board with main switch on right hand side(CEO Board). 4 ways to rccb then another 4 to2nd rccb. Neutral bar numbered right to left Earth bar numbered left to right. Question is do i follow convention and work away from the switch on my EIC ?. (Effectively Low to High)
