Hi
What is the installation reference method for flat T&E cable, with capping and buried in plaster, am I correct in thinking it is method C as all the others in table F6 (page 150) in the OSG refer to insulation?

Hi, designing my first small installation which i will be using for my first assessment with Elecsa/NECEIC etc ( any thoughts on which way to go appreciated). Installation is in an oak wooden framed and mostly glass conservatory with instruction of no visible wiring please! The obvious way...
Just trying to get something straight in my mind. I've been looking at the Electrical Safety Council's Guidance 6 for changing a consumer unit in a domestic premises. They say that if the customer does not wish for a full EICR then the pre-work survey required before the CU change should...

I am trying to get hold of a copy of the Electrical Safety Council technical manual. its proving really illusive! does anyone know where i could get hold of a copy.
cheers
One of the Technical Reference Documents that NICEIC stipulates for assessment is BS7671:2008 – Requirements for Electrical Installations including Latest Amendments (IEE Wiring Regulations).
What do they mean by Latest Amendments (IEE Wiring Regulations) and where can I get it from?
Thanks.
