A colleague of mine has mentioned that they have experienced electric shock symptoms whilst washing up. They say that all the circuits in the kitchen are protected by RCD so assuming they are working ok, it rules out the theory that there is an electrical circuit problem.
Possible earthing...

Hi guys, whilst working on a new installation a while back I was putting socket fronts on an upstairs ring, neutrals and earth's were connected in at the board but lives left out. Whilst stripping one of the legs I went N to E and tripped the rcd. I had hold of the wires when another of the lads...

Hi People,

My brother complained that he had got a "mild" electric shock from the shower control and also from the heated towel rail. I went to his house today and tested the earth loop at the shower, the towel rail, the bath taps, literally every bit of exposed metal in the bathroom and it all tested...
Had to spur off a 4mm radial today at a twin socket to feed another socket so there were 3 x 4mm in the socket outlet.
Now i know that this is a hideous crime for a lot of sparks so i took special note of what i was doing.
1, there was enough room in the socket.
2, the terminal screws were...

I recently got a belt (don't laugh) from what I'm sure was between live and earth and the circuit was RCD protected. Now if they are so sensitive can someone explain why it didn't trip. Also same question between live and neutral and the cb not tripping.
