Are any of you guys with stroma? Got my assessment on Thursday just wondered if they was any good? I was with napit but this year couldn't afford the fees with these Electrical Trainee taking all work can't seem to beat there quotes. Been sat at home for the past 3 weeks
Instead of trawling through all these sites for prices does anyone have the domestic installers price (yearly fee) from the top of their head. Oh and the pros and cons of which one to use??
Any help appreciated
Regards
Hi Guys,

Hi all
Found this forum whilst looking to change scam provider, due to the sheer hell NIC have put me through since they mixed one of my assessment addresses with someone else's. (Get in touch if you did take an inspector to a flat in Regal Ct, Chelmsford- How did they treat you?). Was...
Can anyone please tell me what Stroma require for the 1st visit? I am waiting for an inspection date but they have yet to tell me how many jobs they need to see, what books i need, what jobs they want to see, how long it will take, is it approved status or just domestic? What health and safety...
I have recently passed my part P and 17th edition and I am about to start trading . I have looked at both companies and cant decide
Any Ideas? experiences etc much appreciated...
Well, I've finally made a decision that the £250+ that I'll save by moving my part p to Stroma will pay for an awful lot of advertising - more than enough to compensate for losing the NICEIC logo.
Just about to do the online stuff in the morning - anyone got any advice from their own experience...
Iv just got my part P registration with Stroma. I have to do notifications online, Do i still need to fill out certificates and give to the customer or will stroma do this on my behalf?
I was going to get some kewtech certs if i was ment to be issuing the certs? How does this work
Im used to...
I will be booking an initial assessment this month to become a member of the part P brigade.
I work part time as an electrician in my holidays and weekends etc and often get asked to do jobs for friends or family.
Stroma is half the price of the other schemes and this is what attracts me...
So...... has anyone joined?
Looks favourable.
430 odd for NIC
bit less for ELECSA or NAPIT
245 for STROMA
same end result (you're legal and can notify - THATS IT!)
