Last leg of domestic ltg circ,2 lt points seperately switched via 2g sw. At one lt point am getting 11v between neutral and sw live when sw is in off position No it fittings connected just connector blocks,any ideas what causes this,thanks

I live in the country and a lot of my work is on TT systems. I was thinking of investing in a Megger earth tester which test soil resistance and rod resistance. Anyone used one of these, if so how did you get on with it and was it worth the investment
