TN-S vv TN-C-S

I'm interested in collating the differences in the requirements (not the definitions) between TN-S and TN-C-S. I've aleady seen an example in another post tonight: "TN-S Ze max is 0.8", Any other quotes (with regs reference if possible)?

Need a new TN-S Earth Clamp, where will stock them? My local supplier doesnt and only stocks gen earth clamps for copper pipes etc
