The max trip time is 300mS at X1, there is no 5X test on a 100mA rcd

It depends on the bs number of the RCD
Bs 4293....@1x-200ms ...... if it incorporates a time delay it should trip within a range of 50% to 100% of the rated time delay plus 200ms.
Bs 61008....@1x-300ms.......... with time delay within the range of 130ms to 500ms.
But keep in mind that final circuits up to 32a on a TT are required to disconnect within 200ms with a fault of negligible impedance.

OSG chapter 11.
