Hi Wilko just got back, I am a slow (but sure) worker. Yeh that is a very good point. My mind is casting about thinking how I will fill in that part. At the moment the only service in there is electrics. No gas no water, yet but there will be soon. I have seen the bonding of the units and gas pipes as well as water today. But still a bit of a conundrum for now and when other services are supplied. I will have to lie down and have a drink sorry think about that. Any bright ideas to help me along would not be churlishly dealt with...the next part (p415 BYB)
