Is that a metric adjustable spanner or imperial?

apx 1/3 of handle is about 1 inch wide and 1cm thick !
( Main part about 7/8 inch thick )

I can confirm your accuracy , one of mine is dual marked 300mm /12" but one is a lie,as it's 300mm.
