I am running some flexible conduit within a 5mm steel box profile dwarf wall to feed socket outlets In a small conservatory. One of the sections is 2 box sections bolted together. The flexible conduit will run through this but I'm not happy with the conduit just pushed through. I was thinking of glanding it through but not sure on the correct adaptor I'd need.

If I used a normal 20mm flexible make adapter I may have enough thread to fit a 20mm female on the other side, however, I cant seem to find such an adaptor.

Any ideas?

You could use a 32mm grommet, or 32mm bush and lockring and then a female 32mm bush onto the treads of the male 32 mm bush and pass the kopex straight through without breaking it, alternatively you could use metal kopex?
Technically it would be better to use PVC conduit as flexible conduit doesn’t have a minimum specified spacing of supports as it is intended to only be used on short runs where support wouldn’t be required. Although I myself see nothing wrong with using flexible conduit as long as there is a few saddles on it.

It's flexible PVC conduit.

Iv already drilled out a 20mm hole. It took ages and pretty much destroyed my hole saw. Not sure I can easily open the hole up to 32mm

A good quality step drill would open it up or what about supergluing some grommit strip around the 20mm hole (but you might struggle to pull the conduit through then)
