Came out of the March 2012 exam liteally 30 minutes ago, anyone done it? How did you find it?

With regards to the supply, I would turn off main switch so no power is going to the installation. Disconnect the earthing condutor and test from incoming supply terminals and the earthing conductor. Once the measurement has been taken, re connect the earthing conductor.

When you look at questions, 23,24, and 25 there is a possibilty of 45 marks. If you miss something out or it is deemed an un safe test. Which could be quite costly as there is nearly a third of your marks on those three questions.

Generally after reading that exam paper again, it seems pretty average after all the other papers I revised on! Guess my results will show, Role on May! lol

Funny thing as the section a questions seemed ok but looking at what other put on the radial i messed up.
As for the section b now looking at some of your answers i am thinking i may have messed up.
Such a long time to wait if it was a month it would not be so bad.

maybe mate,at the end of the day as we all know this exam is no joke and you really can't take it for granted which is fair enough, as we all should know our stuff to have a go at this exam anyway
But all it takes is a few nerves not reading the question and that it you are done.
I worry for myself also as i answered all just may have put down a few wrong.
Good luck mate and to all who read this.!

Good day gents

I am doing my 2391 prac in April and I had a quick question, when doing the test and inspection on the test rig there will be the main board and a sub board. Will this require two shedule of inspections and two schedule of test results?or just two schedule of test results? Help and any other tips would be much appreciated.

Regards Mike

Thanks for the advise.I have been getting so many different answers,I assumed it was like this as they only give you 1 SOI and 2 STR. Its confusing
because in a real life situation would you not treat each board as a seperate installation?
