i took my 2394 exam tonight like a numpty I drew a tnc-s when they asked for a tN-s I did describe that it was terra neutral separate earth and still drew the wrong one! Anyone know if that's a definite fail for the whole exam. It was a 15 point question so I'm thinking I'm screwed!

Interesting. I'm down to do the written this weekend and have been told it's on the computer. Wonder if they're operating two systems. Must remember to pack a ruler and some coloured pens!

I think you may still gain points for the relevant parts of the drawing that are common to both systems and that display your understanding of an earth fault loop path. I would not think you have fluffed that entire question.

I took my 2394 and 2395 the same afternoon a few weeks back (and passed) all done on a computer. Written yes but typed in boxes. There was a drawing to name the relevant parts.

That's really interesting our college said that only EAL do a computer based exam. This was c&g and was a national exam date. I'll just have to keep my fingers crossed and hope tonight's exam goes better. Thanks for reassurance guys.
