UK 240V LED indicator in fan circuit

I have installed an inline bathroom fan with timer plus lighting pull switch and isolator switch. I have also fitted a 240V LED indicator across the switched live and neutral circuit. This works fine except there is some feedback from the fans switched live circuit when the pull switch is in the off position (fan still running on timer) as the LED faintly glows. Any thoughts on how I can fix this or is it to be expected?

This LED indicator has been fitted in case I forget whether the pull switch is on or off (as the fan will continue to run either way).

The simpler way would be to use a double pole pull switch with an indicator lamp. This will switch the neutral to the indicator as well, so stopping it from lighting.
I have done this many times with DP grid switches plus neon, controlling bathroom fans.

Thanks for the quick response and I know you are right. The issue I had imagined with them is the greater pull required, for these switches are typically for electric showers with heavier contacts. Still, preferable to having this LED glowing all the time!

There are 15A-20A DP ceiling switches with neons available. Noticeably heavier in operation than a 6A SP pull switch, but of similar size.

If you wanted to avoid the clunky 45A pull switches, MK do a DP light switch (16A for fluorescents etc) with a separate mounting block with neon, so you might be able to implement the concept with less of that issue!
