Just to give you an idea of fusing here- ( no mcb will be big enough for this task) a standard starting duty 3ph 55KW motor would require

DOL - 160amp HRC fuses (unlikely you will have DOL as an option though due to supply limitations)
Assisted start - 100amp HRC fuses.

Note - MCCB's are also an option.

Your whole mains system will most likely require upgrading and usually either a busbar set-up or MCCB power board option are the ways to go - both needing experience to weigh up and install.
