BTW, I am not in any way slagging,abusing,or anything else in any way this installation.....
I'm just explaining that my installation looks like this...... and the old installation could be a
hell of o lot older....and WILL be of regs...
 
In the coming few weeks ill be needing to do something very similar to this.Only i will be taking a three phase supply to one single phase CU and another TP+N board i need to install 40 meters away. I was planning on terminating into service blocks then just taking the single phase CU off the brown phase and then just carrying on to the tp+n board. The diagram i have drawn looks fundementall exactly the same as yours Tony but im concerned that the unbalanced phases may be an issue. the single phase CU is only powering a two man office and maximum demand is minimal so it shouldnt be too severe.

Can you see any major holes in this plan?
