Use the FLC on the plate as you’re base line and as John says add 10%.

To be honest what you regard as OK, in the UK it wouldn’t.

For better advice I would recommend getting a local electrician to look at your set up.

With 30 motors running like this an artificial three phase system would be a good set up for you. Use the forum search for “artificial three phase”
