3Pole or 4Pole isolator?

Hi,
New to the forum so hope I'm posting in the correct part and providing enough info for my question.

I've carried out an EICR on behalf of a landlord in the communal area of a small apartment block.

This block is unusual to most of their stock as a single 3ph DB is located in a working garage at street level.
It feeds 3ph ramps, tyre fitting machines plus all the services inside the garage.

The communal area is above the garage and takes a single RCBO feed for the lighting, which is EML, switched via MW sensors.
The lights are out of reach and there are no accessible switches due to the MW sensors.
This is the only feed the LL uses and is solely for lighting, there are no cleaners sockets, door entry, AOV etc.

Question is regarding the MS being a 3pole and not a 4pole as needed for domestic applications (Neutral being a live conductor should be switched).

Also of possible relevance is the RCBO is single pole switching only.

Would you code this and if so, as a C3 or C2?

Thanks in advance!

That is an interesting one,

I am not sure, maybe one of the members that is more involved in domestic installations will give a better reply.

I think the guidance would lead you to a C2 however I would be tempted to make it a C3.

Going to bed, been a long day. No idea where the specific word 'domestic' open to who knows what interpretation comes from.
A three phase board at the origin of the installation must the Neutral be disconnected?
Regulation 462.1.201 Where the main switch at the origin is intended for operation by ordinary persons, on a single phase supply, (could be important in this) then indeed the neutral must be disconnected.
What about a three phase DB (no ? mark , not interested)

Like I said, Bed. Tired. Discussing only the question and not the 101 other that come to mind on reading the opening post, Maybe one more coffee.
