Its good to see that NICEIC have stated they will not be running a 3rd party certification scheme and have raised serious concerns over the ones that will be running these ridiculous schemes that allow DIYers to get someone to sign off their work

Oh dear, come on Trev your not that nieve sherly....one register (JIB) with "criminal" prosecutions would be the mother of all cash cows with NVQs here, agencies there and mandatory floggings and hair shirts all round:wacko:
