yeah mate a average of £4682 is probably a little ambitious in this current climate!

but, it can be used as a guide i suppose if u dont quite know what to quote?!

Yeah mate for sure it handy, its also handy to read the individual jobs so you can see what extras cost, just a shame we cant get that kind of money these days

yea i know, u kinda get the feel of what to charge after a while....................if they snap ur hand off ur too cheap, the old we will let u know ur too dear............! one of those situations really.
The way i look at it, price the materials, add 10 or even 20%.......................quote for basic minimal skts, ceiling rose etc unless they ask for more at site survey, get a feel for how long the job will take..............ie..............is it empty or full of furniture, carpets etc..................and go from their with a price!
quote what u will do in writing, any deviations from that will be an extra.
