looked at a house today no earth from i could see, and ring final in 4mm, it's a 1960's house supplied from overhead and linked from house to house no bonding anywhere, no earth anywhere, any ideas?:confused:
 
to be honest not many mortgage companys really care about electrical stuff...!! does it work YES...!! BIG STAMP !!! there you go...!!


TT instal with possibly no rod..! 4mm cable hmmmm!! interesting, what size fuse it on!
were property at!! as if you fancy the job of a rewire give them a decent quote give them my number and i will make yours sound good..!! :)
 
no but i think it will be a tt, they just bought the house so it must have passed some regs! i will check earth fault next time i call , but it doesnt look safe to me, even the greenhouse outside is fed from 1.5mm flex through garden on a 13a plug lol
 
tell them i will do work for monthly installments!!! they pay me 50 quid a month for next 10 years and i fit new box and bond!!!


what!!!!!!!! of course its ok!!! MR electric does that!!
