acorn 180 stairlift problem f6 and f7

hello
I desinstal and reinstall an acorn 180, it had only 2 weeks of use.
it flash f6 at first, i use the manuel mode to move up and down,
i did use a powerfull drill to move it, so the carriage was moving a bit fast.
the the F7 flash.
How do i solve the problem ?
I read somewhere that it was the OSG governer that has engaged
I called Acorn and they dont come where I live, cause it is too far. !!
How can I solve my problem

The overspeed governor normally needs to be reset mechanically, but how this is done varies between models. A service manual for the acorn model 80 (which might be similar) and a programming guide for the 180 are posted online, but I won't link them because my antivirus warned me about an infected file. You can find them easily if you search. Otherwise, search online for pics of governors, one of which might match yours and show it in the reset position.

This is in response to a question re Acorn 180, but the fault code is a different format.

Answer: The zero code or “O” code means that there is a problem with the overspeed governor. The overspeed governor is on the back of the stairlift carriage and can be accessed by removing the covers. It sits in between the drive motor and the leveling motor. The purpose of the OSG is to stop the stairlift in the event that the stairlift is going to fast. The overspeed governor is like a mouse trap that needs to be set and can easily be tripped causing this error code. You can manually reset it by pressing a black tab at the back of the lift and making sure the plunger switch is held open by the white plastic tab on the plastic ring.

the reset position is at the highest point ...the top of the rail right ?

i dont find any service manuel for this lift, all i find are manuel with 4 weeks delivery and this is an emergency cause the chair is for my 95 years Mom and she needs to go to the hospital every 2 days.
i found the page from the guy ..industrial investment.
For the governor acorn here says it is always broken and always need to be replace., I have no service at all from Acorn here in the province of Quebec. It is not a question of money.
I am at 2 hours car ride from this place, i will try to have some pic of the governor

Unfortunately you damaged one or more components already. Also, the full info and programm8ng manual on how to reprogram the five different 180 variants are not online. See my 50+ video repair diaries on the net. Fyi disassembled 180's are worthless for resale these days. My recent clients -- some helped by myself via teleconferencin apps like JitsiMeet, got five for free then reconfigured them. Btw, the Facebook Acorn Support Group's posts are at least 80% incorrect.

Does this guide not apply to programming current Acorn180 models?

What you did caused damage. Refer to the Service Manual.

Only in a very limited way. I have seen 5 different 180's, so far. Each one requires a different service approach. Also it does not address the problems raised by the handyman who has now damaged the stairlift, from lack of knowledge. Sorry for the late reply.
