Hi chaps,

I'm wanting to add a couple of wall lights in my dining room, which currently only has a single pendant which is wired through a junction box some where, now do wall lights require a neutral? If so what's the easiest way to get a neutral to switch? I know I will have to swap the current 1 gang switch for a 2 gang switch obv. Thanks.

Life is like a box of Chocolates Loki11 if we cant laugh at each other it's a shame life is far to short, learn from your Balls ups and move on.

What do you mean?
Loki11 there are lots of Folk that limit their Profiles, why I can't answer that it's a personal thing, for those that wish to help, find it difficult to provide answers if there are no details of quals, more importantly experience, very difficult to formulate an answer compatible with the questioner's question if we don't know the experience, or knowledge of the person asking the question, it's no being nosey or inquisitive, quite why people block their profile is unfathomable, we aren't all electrically proficient and there is no shame in admitting this, just helps with formulating an appropriate answer, that's all, hope that allays yours' and everyone else's' fears.

Just got in. Sorry didn’t reply earlier.

I tried to look at your profile page to see what qualifications and experience you have to ascertain if you are electrically skilled enough to give advice too.
Your profile page has restricted access, so I couldn’t.
