Are you an Electrician? yes, then you should know the answer, A MNWC is issued for an alteration to an existing circuit, which sound's as though that's the one you require. If 4 sockets have been added to an existing ring & 2 lights have been added to an existing lighting circuit.

Why not use 1 of theseMinor works x 2
Or
1 x eic
Why not use 1 of these

Can't see why you would issue an EIC for alterations of an existing circuit.
Appendix G OSG
G2.1 The EIC is intended to be issued where more significant work is undertaken:
A complete rewire
Rewire of an existing installation
Replacement of a CU
Addition of a new circuit from the DB or CU
G2.2
MEIWC
A MEIWC is intended to be issued for an addition or alteration to an existing circuit
Adding a lighting point
Adding sockets to an existing RFC
Rerouting an existing circuit
Replacing an existing shower
Replacing circuit breakers with RCBOs where there is a difference of over current type.e,g, replacing type C for type B.
You can get MEIWC for up to 3 circuitsThat's 'cos those pesky schemes, have cotton on to the fact, that when using their on-line certification, if you've modified more than circuit, you'll need to complete more than one of their MEIWC (each cert' has only space for one circuit).
So the cost conscious amongst us, will then use an EIC, completing details for the necessary circuits, and adding 'Not Worked On' for the remainder.
Clever them schemes
Mind you, if was just two circuits or possibly 3, I'd submit 3 separate on-line MEIWC's and too hell with the cost.

So don't do it on line.Yep I know Pete, but the (Certsure & others I suspect) on-line MEIWC has only detail for one circuit.
Tyesoft easy cert is the same only one circuitYep I know Pete, but the (Certsure & others I suspect) on-line MEIWC has only detail for one circuit.

About time they got their self in gear.Tyesoft easy cert is the same only one circuit

I'm on a job at the moment where I'm making changes to 8 circuits.... I'm not doing 8 minor works
Your choice.
Not anymore, they have now added a multiple minor works for up 5 circuitsTyesoft easy cert is the same only one circuit
Click on Help and check for updates. That’s good is there a software update or does it update automatically
