Discuss Alternative to fast fix boxes in the UK Electrical Forum area at ElectriciansForums.net
Is there an alternative to fast fix boxes? I've just fit a screw less flat plate socket to one and can see the fast fix box!
metal ko box on a noggin isn't an option as it's an existing drywall!
I always run a bead of silicone sealant round, and sprinkle sequins over before it dries...but that's just a by-product of having Gok Won as a lover...

Thanks I've decided to go for the silicone option but instead of sequins I've opted for glitter it seemed a more professional job
It sounds like something a "gay" bloke masquerading as a saucy female electrician around here would do.
TBH I have some in the van as back-up but have not needed to use one yet.
They look like it will be a bit fiddly as the metal back box will be left floating until it is tightened up, but I reckon they will work fine by the look of them.
