I needed it... I had to write it down on a white voard within the booth.
Motor Power ÷ square root of 3 x V x power factor...

Sat my AM2 three months ago, passed first time and never needed the Power Factor Formula.....

I'm sure the AM2 varies ever so slightly from centre to centre depending on the assessors .... when i did mine years back, some of us got sent to Hull and some of us got sent to Billingham - and if i recall there were minor discrepancies at the time but can't seem to recall them.

However, going back some years, i never needed the power correction formula. But you've been presented it in post 3.

You sound like you're 'sweating it' a little. AM2 seems to have this aurora around it, even when i was doing my time i was nervous about the big bad AM2 test - but it's literally everything you're used to out on site, scaled down into a small booth, in a warm classroom, with the music channel on and drinking lots of cups of tea. You'll be fine
