Hi, i have just spent around an hour trying to sort things out with Censura, my husband booked a health and safety test on tuesday the 19th of july, paid for it via pay-pal (which seems to be a saving grace on that part as we may just get our money back???) he has the 22nd booked off to do this test, right everything sorted??? no recieved a phone call today to say there is no availability for that day and he will have to re-schedule???? erm no why should he do that?? after a long and not so nice phone call to Censura they have told me they will put the phone down on me as all the information i need is on the website........ NO IT IS NOT!!!! i will need to send an e-mail to them for them to be able to get back in touch with us, well thats to late because he has friday off and that was when the test was booked for, they will not talk to you via the phone, unless its to pay for a service, if you have any problems they will not talk to you??? i think this company is un professional and nothing but a bunch of robbing cheats, i hope i can get a refund but that dosen't help the fact of the inconvienience they have caused they are totally unhelpfull and i could really do with some information on which governing body to report them too?? so if anyone can help i would be very greatful!
