Hi, Has anyone used the above training company for any training? Do you have any feedback good or bad? Im looking at doing the fast track NVQ where your assessed there as im currently self employed and I need an employer to complete an NVQ im told. Im struggling to get more work now as I need a JIB/ECS card. I have done the 2330 level 2&3, 2382 & 2391 but need the NVQ to be graded.

I am now reporting this company as i write, i have asked to be contacted via e-mail & phone, i am keping a log and recording phone calls, i will take this further this company is just ripping off innocent people!!

Reading through this thread makes me angry at the way some so called training providers get on buy ripping people off!

I picked Delta Electrical to do my Nvq 3 and the response from the assessors and other staff have been excellent.

Currently on my last job and due to complete in a couple of weeks.

Anyone else thinking of doing the nvq, make sure you pick a trust worthy provider.

There are many cowboy companys out there.

I am amazed Censura will only comment on this forum????? shame you can't do that by phone or e-mail, i have provided paypal with my crime number, i have reported your company and NO the information needed to explain the cancellation of my test IS NOT on your web page, you will continue to rip off the public and i hope everyone else who has been unhappy with your service take the matter further, I'm quite sure the messages you leave on here is automated as they are all the same, offering no explanation, and sad excuses to view your web page for info that is not there! please refund my money for the service you can-not provide!:banghead: yes i know im going to be doing this for some time. If anyone would like more details of my experience feel free to mail me. This company also has a facebook page, i let my feelings be known there too but of course it was swiftly removed, however i have "shared" their page on my facebook and it is rapidly being posted on peoples walls throuout the midlands, shame on you all!

"Exceptions to the right to cancel - The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000
13.—(1) Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the consumer will not have the right to cancel the contract by giving notice of cancellation pursuant to regulation 10 in respect of contracts—
(a)for the supply of services if the supplier has complied with regulation 8(3) and performance of the contract has begun with the consumer's agreement before the end of the cancellation period applicable under regulation 12"

The customer requested delivery of the service to commerce within the 7 days cancellation period. As a result, and according to Exceptions to the Right to cancel, the customer waived his/her right to cancel.
Furthermore, the above exception is clearly stated in the terms and conditions (see extract below) accepted by this buyer before making the payment.
EXTRACT OF TERMS & CONDITIONS
"The Customer confirms his express agreement to give up his right to cancel should ;a) we confirm we have begun work on the services ordered before the end of the 7 days cancellation period or b) the Customers order is requested to begin before the end of the 7 days cancellation period. "
This customer is therefore not entitled to a refund.

That just proves what thieves you are, i paid for a health and safety course, booked for the 22/07/2011 you can-not suply me with that service on that day if i booked a train ticket and it was cancelled i would recieve a refund, you are just proving that you are taking this money cancelling the service and keeping the money, you could not suply the service you should refund my money!!! i didn't book the test 7 days before it was due to taken so how can you work that out??? PLEASE BEWARE ANYONE PAYING FOR A SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY, YOU CAN PAY FOR IT, THEY CAN CANCEL IT AND YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO YOUR MONEY BACK!!!! It's a shame there is no representative that will actually have the Ba*ls to talk to anyone face to face about this, it just goes to show what a bunch of cowards they are!!
