As they are manufactured supplies like they almost certainly have ultrasonically welded ends, this is a perfectly acceptable alternative to ferrules.
He hasn’t left 20% free no but got to be something wrong specifically with the earthing system if he’s saying think green and yellowI would have put a bigger board in i would off allowed a couple of spare ways for future expansion.
Earthing conductor looks correct size, appears to be the correct amount of cpcs required for amount of circuits, bonding will be going off to another met closer to service head....... you got me Pete! Curious now.......
Never heard of it. I was always taught that the earth bar inside a consumer unit for all intents and purposes was considered a main earthing terminal, especiallly when met is referenced to in bs7671. Another example is when referenced to in your schedule of inspections on either an eicr or initial verificationNot another MET, there is only one MET for an installation (assuming there is only one incoming supply)
If there is another terminal after the MET where binding conductors are connected it is an EMT or EMB (earth marshalling terminal or bar)
Can't see any main bonding for 1, how about you?So what was the answer you were thinking of when posting Pete?
Hi - A good thought !He has not earthed the metal enclosure.
Funny my water is waterThe gas went to the MET. Water was PVC
