Payleven,

I'm very disapponted in you and i'm not even a customer of yours. You have posted an open letter on a public forum highlighting that you have to adhere to FCA rules and reguations yet you have just broken data protection by confirming that the person who is posting has an account set up with you.

I know when i set up my business payment services i wont be contacting you lot.

Poor show.

Have a look at paypal's version

At least you can trust them

I can't comment on other options but iZettle has visa system.

They do a chip and pin system (£99 for the pad) which works through your smart phone via bluetooth and it's in your account next working day. If you stick more than a grand a month you get a 1.5% charge and cash back (~£15 on £4000). Done about £12k over the last 9 months on, its been great, the chip and pin pad looks professional, rather than handing over a phone for them to sign (the other option with iZettle), and everyone loves paying on the never never.

Dunno about activating it though, I got it, stuck a pound through the same day to test it and it was all good. Had registered the app and account when i ordered it.

In fact they keep sending emails about being a leading iZettle trader, so I guess they don't do to much business.
