An update on this thread, we're now quoting for another two neighbours of the guy we just did an install for yesterday.
One of them claimed he might be interested if they weren't ÂŁ16.5K for an install. There still seems to be a massive gap in consumer knowledge and i'm not terribly surprised given the amount of out of date information out there. I have emailed Moneysupermarket this week as their website is claiming ÂŁ11,500 for a 2.2kwp system yet constantly going on about changing energy providers to save ÂŁ100 a year.
Where's the media on this? what happened to Solar centuries big media campaign, not heard a whisper, most of the adverts we were seeing last year in local community magazines have disappeared. Whats going on? we are being marginalised...
